Prices and more

All prices are quoted in Danish Kroner (DKK). Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside Denmark, it is your responsibility to pay import duties that may be added.

Delivery in Denmark is free. For delivery outside Denmark we charge DKK 50,- for delivery

Delivery

Delivery of merchandise in stock will typically be made within 3-5 days from order placement but it depends on your nationality / location. The exact delivery date will appear on the order confirmation. If the merchandise you order not is in stock, please contact us for a delivery time.

Return Policy

We follow the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Return the goods to us within 14 days from delivery date, if you are not satisfied with them. We will refund the sales price, when you have returned the goods in salable condition. Please note that you as a customer must cover all return, shipping, and exchange costs.

Payment

We accept these credit and debit cards:

• Maestro credit and debit cards

You can only pay with a credit card that is issued in the same country as your shipping address.

When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your account by DEDENROTH and payment is debited from your card only at the time of dispatch.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and prevent fraud. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.

When will you be charged?

When you place your order your card will be authorised, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Payment will be taken first when we dispatched your order and send it from our warehouse. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and you will get notified immediately on the screen that the payment was unsuccessful. Please remember that even if a payment is not authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money, meaning you will not be able to access that amount of money for a short while.

Trademark, texts, photos, and design

DEDENROTH owns the webshop’s trademark, photos, texts, and design. You are free to use photos, if you credit us with linking to the webshop. The trademark is protected by International and Danish Copyright and other Intellectual Property laws.

Privacy

We use Google Analytics to analyze information about visitors. We do not store credit card details. We will not disclose any of your personal information that you give us like name and address.
